Please be advised that Senate Bill 784 was signed by Governor DeSantis on June 26, 2025 which requires the administrative approval of plats and replats as opposed to Board of County Commissioners approval. Starting July 1, 2025, all plats and replats shall include the following signatory line; which replaces the current Board of County Commissioners signatures:

The OE/AAA Web Portal contains information and tools that help applicable construction/alteration projects to determine applicability, meet federally required reporting requirements, easily notify the FAA of their intent, or to request an Aeronautical Study from FAA.

- Administering the Community Development Block Grant Program and other State and Federal grant programs.
